Loved a particular item (hat) and had found it to be out of stock several times when I'd checked back on the website to reorder. Reached out via email if they'd ever be restocking the product. Received email they would be immediately reordering and should be available shortly. Within 2 wks it was available. I was informed via email and had reordered 5 of favorites hats. Excellent customer service, rapid response to requests, and amazing product!
